What we do

Practical training. Meaningful careers. Stronger communities.

KCC advises municipalities and private developers on inclusive local hiring, and runs training programs that prepare residents for real jobs in the trades and beyond.

Vocational training

The Booker T. Washington Vocational Institute delivers hands-on training in the skilled trades.

Career readiness

Career Labs coach residents on résumés, interviewing, and navigating the workforce.

Community engagement

We convene residents, cities, and developers to align local hiring with community need.

KingdomCares Foundation

Vision. Provision. Opportunity, applied.

Our nonprofit arm expands funding and access for the same workforce mission — so more Westchester residents can step into training, apprenticeships, and stable careers.

“We do not raise money for buildings. We raise it for people — for the training, tools, and transportation that turn opportunity into a paycheck.”

— KingdomCares Foundation
